Mermaid Olives

Seaweed diced and spiced to make the most of our coast

Stipes of sugar kelp are brined in apple cider vinegar and Maine sea salt to achieve the texture of green olives with the essence of the sea. Harvested and made in late April.

Ingredients: Seaweed,* apple cider vinegar,* Maine sea salt, crushed red pepper,* dill seed.*
