Young, vegetal, freshly foraged fern fronds find new life when pickled in our classic dill brine. Foraged and pickled in late May.

Ingredients: Wild fiddleheads, apple cider vinegar,* Maine sea salt, dill seed,* celery seed,* crushed red pepper.*
